Kroger vote

residents are about to decide the fate of a proposed 87,000-square-foot Kroger in Gluckstadt, because they own the right to block large business spaces in the area. If it isn't approved, the land will become a mixed-use development with at least 20 separate tenants. The site is at the southwest corner of Bozeman Road and Gluckstadt Road, and Mayor Walter Morrison said Oct. 28 a deed restriction would have to be lifted first. The Clarion-Ledgerwlbt.com
