About this event
After close-looking in the special exhibition "Photography and the Black Arts Movement: 1955–1985," Ebony Archie, Founder of Sol&Self, will provide a guided meditation and lead participants through a visual journaling exercise. Participants will explore how creativity and artmaking can offer space for reflection, emotional expression, and connecting with their own stories. No prior art experience is needed. Expect an intentional, supportive space for adults that invites participants to slow down, reflect, and engage at their own pace. Participants should be prepared for a reflective and potentially emotionally engaging experience. Registration is required. Space is limited.
