He replaced the order today, and parties will meet on August 5 to argue a preliminary injunction.

Mayor John Horhn announced on Tuesday the formation of an Apartment Task Force to review management practices and improve safety in Jackson apartments—responding to issues like disrepair at Chapel Ridge and a water shut-off at Blossom Apartments.

The task force will work with the Legal Department, Code Enforcement, and housing experts to gather input from residents and landlords.
