- ➤ Salad Days Hydroponic Farm opened a new 68,000 sqft greenhouse at the Flora Industrial Park Tuesday with state and local leaders, and the facility will produce up to 3 million heads of lettuce annually using advanced hydroponic technology (including Agriculture and Commerce Commissioner Andy Gipson). - ➤ Jackson Public Schools teamed with FedEx Cares and Operation Warm to provide over 300 pre-kindergarten students (at Van Winkle Early Childhood Center) with new shoes and socks Wednesday to boost their confidence in class. WAPT
- ➤ Belhaven University restored its systems after a cybersecurity incident on March 6 and says no personal information was compromised. Online courses resumed today and most student services operate normally while remaining administrative systems will be fully restored by week’s end. WAPT
