- ➤ Marshall's Music & Bookstore on Farish Street has kept Black stories alive in Jackson since 1938. The family-owned store played a key role during the Civil Rights Movement and continues to educate the community and celebrate Black history every day. WAPT

- ➤ Louise’s Piano Bar updated its dress code to ban nudity after a recent incident; the change takes effect immediately to keep the venue safe & comfortable for live music fans and staff. WAPT
- ➤ Yesterday, Tougaloo College celebrated 100 years of Black History Month with a screening of 'John Burris: Godfather of Police Litigation' and a panel discussion at the Bennie G. - ➤ A national public safety organization will host two events on Feb. 25 at Jackson State University E-Center.
