Aerial Silks

Aerial Silks A fundamental class covering the basic techniques for Aerial Silks. You will learn proper placement, core engagement, gain strength and flexibility all while having a blast on some of the most fun aerial equipment out there. Elements covered include handgrips, stands, climbs, hip key, and many other basic moves on the fabric. Please wear clothing made of non-slick material (cotton or other non shiny fabric works well). Pants should be long enough to cover the back of your knee, but not cover up your ankles. Class Cancellation Policy If you have registered for any class or workshop and need to cancel, you must remove yourself from the roster a minimum of 10 hours before the start time. Any cancellation within 10 hours of the class start time will be considered a late cancel and no credits, makeups or reschedules will be granted. Please understand that class capacities are limited and less than 10 hours leaves last minute spots very unlikely to be filled. There are no exceptions.
