Spin Pole 101

Spin Pole 101 Explore beginner level tricks and transitions on spinning pole. No experience required, but we recommend taking Static 101 first to build familiarity with foundational skills. What to Wear short-shorts and a fitted T-shirt, tank top or sports bra for maximum grip and freedom of movement. Kneepads recommended. Class Cancellation Policy If you have registered for any class or workshop and need to cancel, you must remove yourself from the roster a minimum of 10 hours before the start time. Any cancellation within 10 hours of the class start time will be considered a late cancel and no credits, makeups or reschedules will be granted. Please understand that class capacities are limited and less than 10 hours leaves last minute spots very unlikely to be filled. There are no exceptions.
